QualityMark has confirmed that their guarantees need to be based on the handover date and not installation date. Please note that If it is based on the installation date, the guarantee will not be valid in their eyes, and so the measure will not be valid under ECO. Moving forward please ensure that guarantee certificates are dated on the handover date.
