If you are an underfloor insulation installer, or looking to start installing underfloor insulation under ECO3 you may have noticed that there is a lack of guidance available on how to retrofit this measure.

Unfortunately because floor voids, basements, cellars and integral garages can all have slightly different requirements this is naturally leading to a range of techniques being used.

In addition, the technical monitoring question set has altered, making some areas of requirement less obvious than they previously were.
