We have provided this wall thickness update as we have noticed that in some cases the applied insulation thickness has not been added to the overall wall thickness on the post EPR, XML and Site Notes.

It is important to remember that this must be included, and has been confirmed by multiple accreditation bodies.

A property that is solid brick and has a wall measurement of 300mm:

100mm of IWI installed onto the walls:
